<p>cloud of bats + totem of sabertooth = 100% (cant remember the level restriction for totem)</p><p>Theres also the lower level speed totem (wolf i think) gives +25% (if I remember) so that would be 85% which is decent</p><p>not sure about those stacking though as totems stack with buffs so just roll with those.</p>
