Hi

I bought destiny of Velious last friday. When I go through my old launch it won't let me travel there. When I install through the new launcher it is fine but I can't get my custom ui to work. I have my sony/eq2 in my programsx86 folder and now there is a sony/eq2 folder in programs data as well. Is there a way to modify my old launcher or do I have to use the new one? Also where do I put my custom ui now?

Please help I am truely frustrated.

Both methods would have a UI folder within the EQ2 game folder so installation would be the same for a custom UI. Quickest way to get to the proper folder is right-clicking the icon you use to launch the game and select Open File Location.

Our support for the older patcher methods are either very limited or has ended. We do suggest using the latest LaunchPad for Everquest II which you can download below.

[EQII] LaunchPad

Thank you Josh. I had a friend tell me what to do. I still like the old patcher better, I like downloading everything at once. But oh well. Now if I could just get the flashing to stop, the mirrors not black and the lighting from day to night to change gradually instead of a flash I would be happy.

Would you please post your DXDIAG information? Just the top 3 sections, system, display, and sound devices.

[EQII] Basic Troubleshooting: Creating dxdiag and updating drivers
