<p>Hi, I have a stuck character that can't login due to zone 'Portal to the Past:Guk' being not available (cause the zone no longer exists).</p><p>When I try to petition with the awesome (well not really) web system I get the following screen after hitting the continue button trying to create a petition:</p><p><img src="http://s2.postimage.org/4np89tu14/So_EError.png" width="640" height="419" /></p><p>When I try to view the service history, the petition I just filed does not exist, so the awesome (not really) web system isn't saving the petition I'm trying to make about a stuck character.</p>
