View Full Version : Character stuck in Bar of Brell

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone else is stuck in the Bar of Brell? I haven't logged on in a few weeks and when I try to log in my main. "Slip" it keeps saying the zone is unavailable please try again ..... I try again and get the same message. I've also logged on to an alt and tried to /camp Slip and I get a message about a missing server.

How do I get her out of there? LOL I've been trying to 2 days. Any suggestions?

The Bar of Brell is gone =(

You will need to open a petition for In-Game support from our Knowledge Base (www.soe.com/kb) and request to be moved from that zone.

If you're a SOE employee and you know he's having the problem, why couldn't you just fix the problem for him or send the request on to the person who can instead of telling him to do it himself and giving him a frowny face?

Also it seems like if a zone is being deleted it should be someone's responsibility to make sure there aren't any characters in that zone first.

I can't fix the problem because I have zero in-game powers whatsoever. What I can do is tell you exactly what you need to do in order to get the issue resolved. I can't move you character but the GM's can.

This is preventing a player from getting in game and there is a method in our knowledge base to open a petition with the only team of people who have the ability to fix the issue.

In the interest of time you can read in my initial response exactly how to resolve the issue as quickly as possible or you could read "Would you please PM me your Station Name, Character Name, and Home server?" meaning you have no control over when a GM has your ticket in the queue because you still need to respond to me with it, I need to read it then open the ticket for you. I'm still more than happy to open a support ticket as well but this is a little faster for you, the player.

Hopefully that explains it

Usually, though, with every other holiday that has a separate instance zone (Moonlight Grottoes once a month, Frostfell, some of the Night of the Dead stuff, Brell's Bar in times past, etc.), once the event is over and the zone no longer exists, my characters have always wound up outside, either in an alignment-friendly zone, like Antonica for my Good alts, or someplace truly neutral, like Thundering Steppes. I'm not sure why we're all getting stuck there this year. :-/

Uwk
