<p>Help help, I'm unable to get into the eq2 game.</p><p>When i clicked the launchpad icon, a small window appears</p><p>( saying "Updating files for Launchpad"), after about a min it</p><p>changed to a half-size window (saying "SOE" ), and it hanged there.</p><p>Sometimes it hanged at the first small window.</p><p>I tried installing another Launcher called the "Station Launcher".</p><p>When I started it, a nice blue window appeared (saying: Scanning/Preparing),</p><p>and it hanged there. Somethings if i wait longer, another error message appear</p><p>(saying: Error within CheckUpdate needed).</p><p>Other things i've tried but did not help:</p><p>1) Deleting all temporary files from IE.</p><p>2) Deleting the Launchpad.ini like someone suggested (I've since restored it as it did not help)</p><p>3) I installed the launcher from http:launch.soe.com/eq2/, but installation got stucked right at the beginning.</p><p>(saying Updating files from Launchpad).</p><p>Anyone can help or advise me? Is this happened to other players too?</p>
