Why does Exploit Weakness default to melee AA?

<p>Why is it that when a predator uses Exploit Weakness it defaults us to melee autoattack? Is there no way to make it just default back to whatever auto attack we were using? The ability has a 35 meter max range, it is hardly a "melee" ability. It's really frustrating to have to make a macro for it and then hope the macro doesn't mess up (as they often do).</p>

It's really frustrating to have to make a macro for it and then hope the macro doesn't mess up (as they often do).</p></blockquote><p>Neiloch's question is the better one but you really should check all of your CA's before you create a question like this.  Evasive maneuvers is also a fairly long range melee CA, so it's not like they don't have any sort of precedent for making a longer range melee CA.</p>

Well I have before, just not in this thread heh.</p><p>I might have if I wasn't playing one of the other 10 popular MMO's that allow bow based classes to perform at their peak and put out top DPS without doing any melee attacks, properly accomadating ranged mechanics.</p>
