Launchpad error after download

<p>I got this message after redownloading the game.</p><p>There was a problem confirming the size of the file C:ProgramDataSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempUIDefaulteq2ui_newcharscene2.xml.</p><p>After this message it just keeps trying on a 5 sec timer. Any ideas?</p>
