does steadfast work in pvp?

<p>just curious im lvl 35 templar have like 120 aa or so, i have steadfast, im constantly getting interupted in pvp and i am standing still not moving, i can rarely get holy intercession off before its interupted, i can usually get vital intercession off but it does get interupted?</p>

<p>well it used to be cause one of my ex-guildies once was put into combat by steadfast procing when he was hit being out of combat.i have a templar now also but still i think this thing kinda not works right because even in pve it doesnt seem to work properly.</p>
