So I did some experimenting. I equipped an item with Perpetual Flow I rune and one with a Greater Perpetual Flow I rune.

For some reason, the only proc that I would ever get would be the lesser one. If I removed the lesser, the greater would proc.

Ok, so devs clearly don't want the procs to stack. I can see the sense in that. But would have two items with those procs increase the chance of the proc? and why does the lesser one take precedence over the greater?

Last thing is not so important, as it doesn't really make sense to have both if they don't stack. But I'm kind of curious about whether having two of the same, or a lesser and a greater version, would increase the proc chance.

And as a bonus question, what decides whether a proc buff will show in Spell effects window or maintained (or both)? Vicious Focus and Critical Vigor shows in both. Perpetual Flow I only shows in Spell Effects. Why? they're all procs off items that has no other effect than a buff on caster.
