AAs are resetting again

<p>Just logged into the game this morning to find my AAs reset again.  The first time was about a month ago (shortly after the expansion) where I had reset several of my AA trees (including heroic) before raid.  During one of the encounters I had a client crash (client has stopped responding error) and when I came back into game all of my AAs were reset.  I quickly reassigned them to continue on in the raid and then later that evening I reassigned all of my trees again and didn't have a problem until this morning.  This second time that it happened I had reset just my heroic tree last night right before raid.  Didn't have any problems in raid and logged out shortly after raid (probably just hit the red X).  When I logged in this morning my AAs were reset however.  I know a few other guildmates that have had this problem since the expansion but no where near as frequently as it was the last time it was happening.  Is anyone on any other servers having this problem as well?  Bug report has been sent in...</p>

<p>I am not entirely sure what we can do to troubleshoot this from the tech support approach.  You may need to open a petition for a GM to see if there is anything wrong with the character itself.  I'll do a bit of research and see if there is a way we can troubleshoot this together too.</p>

<p>The common factors for both times was that I had reset the heroic tree and exited the game abruptly (first time was client crash, second was pressing the red X on the window).  Just trying to pass on more information to help with tracking it down.</p>
