<p>This is a Fortress Spire quest that asks you to search for instruction on how to summon minions. I've been all over this zone and the closest thing I can find is an open book in the Rime Barracks located on a weapon rack. Unfortunately it isnt clickable. Is this quest broken or am I missing something?</p>
