<p>Station Launcher may be stuck on that particular file for a variety of reasons.  Go ahead and stop the download and close it.  Go to your game folder and delete that file from the LP_temp and restart the patcher.  That should clear up any issues with the file itself that may be stalling your download.</p>

<p>On your desktop?  No idea, it should be placed in the PAK folder I believe.  In any case, you can delete the errant file and the game will re-download it if necessary.</p>
