Error trying to update the game!

<p>I wanted to try the game out so i downloaded everquest 2 exstended full set up the launcher comes up i hit update and i get this error</p><p><p>Param: Bad stream in <a href="http://eq2.patch.station.sony.com/patch/sha/eq2/eq2.sha.zs/ad/29f/320d34722839f585e9e22dee362786b9ce0?cb=JD" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2.patch.station.sony.com/p...2786b9ce0?cb=JD</a></p><p>Error Code: 1004</p><p>I've deleted the whole sony file re downloaded and i still get this error please help </p></p>
