<p>when i try to install game i get problem confirming checksum for the file: pathEverQuest IIlp_temppaksChar_exp04_froglok.vpk</p><p>tryed updating directx, setting xp mode etc and didnt help :/ its not in programs dir, its on dif hd... trying eq2 specific launcher now</p>

<p>The EQ2 specific LaunchPad should not have the same issue.  Let me know if it does come across any of it's own.  A few basic steps to ensure are that you have disabled, or configured, your firewall to allow EQ2 and are running the LaunchPad as an administrator by right-clicking the icon and selecting Run as Admin.</p>

<p>got in with streaming client now, have to try downloading with better connection next week, havent logged in for half year and all my chars are gone :/</p>
