Update failed, please help!

<p>So I'm coming back to eq2 now that new exp is coming out and  I can't update to play.  I've had this problem in the past and just ran the station as admin and it took care of it...not so much this time.</p><p>Error I'm getting is "there was a problem confirming the size of C:/programdata/sonyonlineentertainment etc etc etc."</p><p>Please if you can provide any insight as to how to take care of this I would really appreciate it.</p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Criu</p>

<p>There are a few ways to get around this.</p><p>First, move your game folder out of the ProgramData folder (I would recommend C:UsersPublic)</p><p>The next step is to make sure it is being run as an admin, which you already covered.</p><p>The only other suggestion I can provide is to update to our latest LaunchPad for Everquest 2.  You can download that with the link below.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>
