anyone having problems with Nektelos Forest zone? i'm on the Everfrost server and its seems that the NPCs disappear when you talk to them, there are no doors for Nek Castle or D'Morte's Burial Chamber so you cannot zone in ...

i've tried changing the performance settings and nothing changes, relogged and still nothing ... i know i'm not the only one because a few guildies have told me the same thing ...

Do they show up if you wait a while? I'm having things render slowly now and I have to stand around and wait for the doors to appear.

had waited for about 15 mins for a fellow guildie to zone me into the castle ... he had no door visible to click on either on 1 of his account, then he logged in his second account and through his 2nd account he was able to zone us in ... but thats not the only strange thing happening in Nek Forest ... there is i know for a fact 1 quest on the beach that asks you to deliver suppies to 3 camps ... when you goto the camp location, guess what?!? there's no camp to click on the supplies ... also when targeting the crabs on the beach, i'll get messages saying "can't see target" or something like that, when in fact i do have the target, targeted and can switch targets by tabbing to the next ... then after clicking the CA 2 or 3 times more it suddenly attacks ... NOTE: the target or myself never moved at all so its not a line of site issue ... and a 3rd thing i noticed is that i can stand directly in front of a target that is agro conditioned and i does absolutely nothing. as if the target or even myself doesn't exsist. regardless that i can target it.

I cant see the doors to Nek Castle either.. and I know of other ppl having the exact same problem.

I camped to char select.. no doors.

I camped to desktop... no doors.

I camped and did full file scan... no doors.

We finally found someone, that was in the zone and could see the doors, to zone us in to update our Coldain ring quest.

You would probably get more help from the tech support section. What UI are you using?

For those having this issue (and assuming you use a full (PAKs) install), can you check your PAKs folder and see if any files are in there starting with "Copy of..."? If they do exist, delete them and repatach. See if that fixes your issues.

Permafrost door was missing as well.

I did notice that I can't zone into the Oratorium when grouped with a 'trial account'. Anyone else using trial accounts in group when they saw this stuff disappear?

I'm having a problem in Nek as well as my rl husband. We both play the game and on the day Brell went live we used the bell and went to Nek to gather the water for the Brell quest and it was then that we discovered neither of us could see the bells for travel on the docks. We have been playing since 2005 and never had a problem till now. Also the harvest nodes are appearing and disappearing in nek. We both sent in bug and petition reports on the problems in Nek but have not yet recieved a response from Sony.

There is a huge problem in Nek and it is affecting all of my toons and my husbands as well. We were attempting to do the harvest quest there and that was when we discovered we could not see many nodes and the ones we did see would appear and disapear while harvesting them.

Nek zone is the only zone affected. It is not our settings. I as in world chat was anyone else having this problem and over 10 replied yes to me in tells. A few players came to the zone and had the same problem as us.

We used the bell from Thunder Steeps and then we had to call out of Nek because we could not and still cannot see the bells in Nek zone.

I've noticed the same problems with nek forest. You can't see the bell, when I click on a quest giver or a merchant they disappear. It's impossible to quest in that zone anymore.

I would have held a much more charitable view of their ability to comprehend a relatively simple part of the game. My apologies, whoever you were.
