unable to send cross-server /tells from AB to other servers ... for 2 weeks.

<p>Idk if its me or just certain other servers. But none of my AB characters nor can any of my guildies send cross server /tells to people on Everfrost .. and some other servers in the list. Occasioanly it does it to Unrest but not since Velious have we been able to do this... did anyone else have this issue?</p>

<p>Unless it is UI related I doubt that your issue is a technical one, meaning we might not have a quick fix.  I'll see if I can reproduce it and get it reported in case its a bug that we aren't aware of.</p>
