Petition not working?

<p>I filled out the petition through the website, but when I click "Continue" it takes me to the SOE select-an-area (Find Answers, In-game Support etc.) without confirming my petition has been submitted. It also does not come up in my Service History questions section.</p><p>Is it not working at the moment?</p>

<p>I had the same issue a couple of days ago.</p><p>Yesterday it all seemed to be working correctly.</p><p>Bloomin' computer systems; they're always going wrong. Who needs 'em, eh?</p>
