is /petition not working?

<p>Per my earlier post about not being able to loot from PQ chests, I did /petition explaining the problem and that I couldn't loot from the chest. After testing with a lvl 90 toon and still not being able to loot from the chest, I was going to go back in to my petition and add the extra information, but I could not find it under my service history. There are three old ones there, but not the one I did like an hour ago.</p>

Thank you. Don't suppose you've heard anything about not being able to loot chests from Public Quests after the hot fix this morning?

<p>Ok, I contacted CS and they said they were able to resolve the petition issue. Thank you for reporting it!</p><p>Haven't heard anything about Public Quest chests. Will let you know if I do find anything out though.</p>

<p>First PQ of the day for me (hour after servers came back up)  I had this happen but it was because right at the start of the Ring War, the instance (GD1) crashed on Unrest. When you logged back in, we went to GD3 and the RW was in progress.  Couldn't attack anything and couldn't loot the chest after.</p><p>Worked fine so far for the rest of the day</p>

<p>The chest was messed up on Butcherblock last night for one of the PQs.  Apparently the chest spawned, then disapeared immediately before anyone could click it.  Petitions were filed but apparently because of the way those chests are designed, the GMs can't just "pop" one for you if it messes up.  Could have something to do with the amazing amounts of lag you get when over 100 people try and attack the same thing all at once.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
