Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard Not Working with Launcher Login Page

<p>The Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard is not working with the Launcher Login Page.</p><p>It is working on 2 other PCs. 1 PC is running Vista, the other XP and the</p><p>PC that it is not working on is running Vista. The virtual keyboard works</p><p>with all other apps except EQ 2. Can I reload the launcher?</p><p>If so, how?</p>

<p>I am not familiar enough with Kapersky to assist you with it directly.  I know Virtual Keyboard works to stop keyloggers and similar applications but I've never personally used it.  I'll try to get more info from our security guys here in the office who may have more exposure to this software.  </p>
