Recently my pet window buttons have been bugged. The bottom row (follow, stay , and dismiss) do not work at all. If you bring up the pet options window those buttons still don't do anything and oddly the dismiss button has been replaced with a ranged button.

I checked with a guildie and their pet buttons are fine. Fortunately the slash commands do work so I made a macro for dismiss etc

Any idea of a fix?

Are you using any custom UI mods? It may need to be updated.

Go ahead and delete the UI file for the pet window and allow it to re-download.

This file is located in your game folderUIDefault

"C:UsersPublicSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIUIDefault" for recent installations of the LaunchPad, but your path may be different.

The file is called EQ2UI_mainhud_pet.xml

Deleted file as suggested--ran a full scan and checked that the new file was downloaded ok. Still same problem.

Figured maybe it was the Conj UI settings so checked a necro alt that I don't play and same bug. Tried using a pally's UI setting on my necro and then alt p--still the same.

One thing I noticed was the pet window on my necro was smaller than pre expansion--the bottom buttons only showed the top half--dragged it to show all buttons but that didn't fix the non functioning stuff

Ok some new information. I temp rolled a lvl 1 conj and didn't import any UI settings. Pet window button all worked ok. Then I realized that the new defualt pet window in a elongated version where all button are in a single row. My old window had been reduced in size where I had 2 rows of buttons which did work ok before.

So went to my main conj and made the window the long way with a single row and they all work fine now.
