Character Profiles Down Again

<p>Tested in 3 browsers now, I have logged in to my profile to do some maintenance on my characters and when I click on a character it shows a mostly black screen where my character should be, not even an error message.</p><p>Anyone else?</p>

<p>Nothing new it has been this way for months. I have two accounts one works, the other only gets a bank center screen with some background art on the sides. I just checked, it is still the same. I petitioned this and got the standard SOE response that because SOE choose to stop charging for the webpage they have no one to fix it. So they closed the petition ticket so they would not look bad to management. The fact that one account works and the other does not, indicates the problem is in there database, not the website specifically. Probably why there smartphone apps only work occasionally and why Everfrost was down so much the last week as they put bandaids on the database.</p>

<p>Ah I thought they actually fixed something recently. It wasn't working for along time then a couple of weeks ago, it began working again and I could see all my characters.  Today, it works on one account but not on the other.</p>
