Yes that is right the entry level raid zone is broken.

We wiped on the third mob, healer revived to come res raid and the first set of doors in the zone are bugged and will not open.

I /petitioned it and it took 48 hours to finally get a response I posted in another more generic thread in Zones/Population along with another that is having the same problem these posts have went ignored. In the response I was told to look at http://tiny.cc/tki for updates as you can clearly see there is not any mention of the issue whatsoever and that since this was an issue affecting all servers that there is nothing that support will do.

These doors are only there for aesthetic reasons, there is no other purpose for them being there nothing is required for access through them. So when there is a problem with a zone like with The Forgottten Pools and people are exploiting a mob they can immediately yank the mob from the zone halting any possible progress for everyone worldwide to progress through the heroic instances, but they can not remove these doors that are preventing people from progressing through a raid zone. Sorry SOE I don't buy that, if these doors being there were causing an exploit you'd of had them removed as soon as it was discovered.

So can we at least get an official acknowledgment that this zone is broken?

This was brought forth days ago in Zones/population thread title DOV raid zones it went without response with at least 2 people reporting the issue. I am guessing it was posted in the wrong forum so I bring it to you here, there is no reason to keep this off http://tiny.cc/tki imo, unless you are trying to keep it low key which in itself is totally unacceptable.

As for a development response on this issue, I'll see if I can obtain that information to post. However, this particular issue is not one that I can provide technical support for. It's not an issue that resides in anything that we can troubleshoot and fix on your PC's end.
