DoV items invisible

<p>When I log into the character select screen I have either invisible toons, or naked toons and its only since DoV came out, ie I made a Freeblood after launch and thats the toon that seems to wanna be invisible or my coercer whios naked right now hes actually got the pirate gear in his appearancve slot and if I take that off him then it shows him wearing his normal armour.</p><p>In game as well i have the paintings to Velious in my Inq's house and most days I have to log out and do a scan and then log back in to even be able to SEE the paintings.</p><p>So basically it seems that alot of the DoV items just don't wanna render for me and since I'm absolutely tech useless lol could do with some help or simple solution lol</p>

<p>What is your method of launching the game?</p><p>With our LaunchPad, there is an option to scan game assets.  Log in but do not hit PLAY yet.  Click Options on the top left of the LaunchPad and select Scan.  This may identify missing assets and download them.</p>

<p>I am having the same problem.  I have two computers in my house and I am having this issue on one of them.  The computer that is having the problem is running Windows 7.  I have the streaming launcher on that computer.  I have disabled UAC.  I am running as adminstrator and I am running the launcher in compatibility mode for XP service pack 2.  I have tried the "scan" option before hitting "play. </p><p>The other computer has XP and the old launcher and is not giving me any problems.</p><p>There are a lot of DoV gear that will not render.  There are also certain npcs and mobs that do not render, such as nipik and arctic badgers.  They are appear on track but that is it.  I have also tried to target through other players and no luck. </p>
