Game Window not appearing although in task manager

<p>So last night i logged onto eq2 fine and today i goto log on as i normally do:</p><p>Launch eq2 shortcut and the patcher dialog comes up (i use streaming patcher however it has fully downloaded the 14Gb ish to the assetcache folder) i hit play and the small launchpad window closes. At this point i would expect the game window to appear but nothing happens. However in the task manager i can ses Everquest2 running with about 50k memory.Tried restarting pc, i redownloaded the entire game minus the assetcache folder which i copied over. I checked my video drivers all upto date. I didnt install any software or hardware. Just seems to have stopped.One other thing i tried to do was to launch everquest2 directly out of the folder as this used to bring the game window up and a login dialog however this time as the window appears i get this error</p><p><img src="http://www.nexus-guild.eu/error.jpg" width="490" height="223" />Anyone got some suggestions?***UPDATE***I thought i would try loading up the extended server as i have the f2p installed aswell. That launcher/game window is working fine just seems to be live</p>

<p>I was having this exact same problem. I opened the launcher and hit play after downloading the update and nothing happened. But when I opened the task manager EQ2 was running. I came here and was browsing support forums for 10 minutes or so and it all of a sudden started working. I didnt touch anything. I dont know how helpful this is to you. GL.</p>

<p>Hey I have that same exact problem right now. I redownloaded about 3 times and I tried all of the vista stuff but it's not the problem... My computer can handle the game just fine. I honestly don't know what is going on. If you found a way could you let me know?</p>
