Cant Make any help petitions

<h1><span style="font-size: x-small;"> I am getting the following error when i try to make a petition in game or out of game.</span></h1><p style="padding-left: 30px;">The main reason for petition is my Harvesting storage box in my bank window  when I open it ,the top row is off the screen. I have tried resetting the windows to default in the options window, treid adjusting my monitor settings, and even tried full screen and windowed mode, restarted game to and no luck.</p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">So when I tr to get help I always get the message below so any help would be appreciated.</p><p style="padding-left: 30px;">                                    thanks</p><p> Oh yea I tried to contact website team but SOE seems to have not put up a link to do so.</p><h1>Internal Server Error:</h1><p>Server id: 1->11 The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. <p>Maybe they moved the /petition server onto the Everfrost server...</p><p>I'm not sure that they are responding to petitions now anyway I submitted one over 25 hours ago after 20 hours I attempted to creat another with 'stuck' instead of 'zone/server' as a door was locked that shouldn't be, it refused to let me I guess because I had an open one in that zone as that was what the error indicated.</p><p>I called SOE support and spoke with a human that said they don't understand why it had not been responded to and told me they would send it over to a GM and have it escalated 1.5 hours until raid time, by raidtime we had no response.</p><p>Personally I think the guy just played me in order to get me off the phone /shrug.</p>

<p>Press "F10" with the bag open, the entire bag will turn into a black square that can be moved from any spot on the black window.</p>

<p> F10 works for every window but the open bank window and containers opened that are in bank vault.</p><p> So F10 is useless for this problem.</p>
