Brainshock Not Critting 100%

<p>I'm at 238% crit and everything else is critting 100% but Brainshock is down at 67% - anyone else noticing this?</p>

<p>I tried out EV yesterday so did a lot of work on the dummy before and after respeccing.</p><p>Brainshock is definitely busted and my numbers were the same as yours; I have over 200% and BS was critting at a consistent 67%.</p>
