Ancestral Avatar line now bugged?

<p>I have noticed this bug ever since Destiny of Velious was released, possibly at the same time the Ancestral Avatar buff was changed.</p><p>No matter who you target when casting "Ancestral Avatar [I/II/III/IV]", the buff always lands on the mystic that cast it regardless of what the user interface says. I know this because I have a macro that sends a tell to the target but it is MY stats that change and not the targets and the effect shows up in MY beneficial spell effect window.</p><p>Has anyone else seen evidence of this?</p><p>I am not able to buff anyone with this spell apart from myself!</p>

<p>The spell is broken and still only activates on the Mystic reguarless of the target. I bugged it yesterday, send a bug report next time you use it.</p>

<p>I've bugged as well. The stats actually go to the person you put it on, but the avoidance part of the buff goes to you, which is why it always shows up as being maintained on you.</p>
