DoV and crit chance

<p>I've just begun doing the DoV quests and am noticing, that none of the items I've received so far from quests have crit chance. My crit chance is plummeting from 130% or so and is currently at about 110%, so I have a few questions. First I'm wondering why so since the new mobs have crit mit (or crit avoidance) and crit chance is even more important than before. Or is it?</p><p>1. How about the drops in the new instances? Do they have crit chance? Do they have decent stats otherwise? How about crit mit?</p><p>2. Should I just keep on wearing the old stuff that has crit chance for now? Will the quest rewards later have crit chance? How far can I get with around 20% crit mit? Because that's what my current eq is lacking and what the new eq would have in abundance.</p><p>3. If the loot I'm looking for is in the new instances (nice stats and crit chance to boot), in what order would you put them from easiest to the hardest?</p><p>Other tips regarding equipment and DoV?</p>

<p>It seems the crit chance will mostly, but not exclusive, come from Charms, Armaments (Primary, Secondary and Ranged) and from just a few pieces of select armor.</p><p>Ive seen armaments with crit chance of 40, so i would expect it wont be too hard to max out to negate 100% crit mit.</p>

<p>Ah, good, thanks. That's all I needed to know. I just gotta juggle between crit chance and crit mit until I get to that kind of quests.</p><p>Where could I find info on the new instances? Mainly meaning that which one's the easiest etc.</p>

<p>I have 27% crit chance on these slots after a few days of questing: primary, secondary, waist, ranged. So I'm guessing crit chance will be the least of your worries this expansion <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>I would start with the Othmir questline...then the Gnoll camp there...</p>
