Everfrost Down Again - Like Clockwork every night

<p>Starts with lag a few hours before - NPCs start taking longer to populate areas you run into, zoning gets longer and longer, brokers get lagged, spells/abilities lag, longer it goes on, the worse the issues become. Then boom. Down we go.</p>
