Character Traits Respec

<p>Not sure if this is the proper place to post this but, the Achievment cunsel NPC for guildhalls doesn't have a button for charcter traits respec it seems to be replaced with Heroic button.</p><p>Anyone know where you can now reset the racial traits?</p>

<p>Same problem. The Achievement Counseler still says" Select the appropriate AA tree to respec or choose Character to respec your traits" but there's no "Character" option to click. It used to only be 1s to do this. Bug? Someone in level chat said that there should be a "Reset" button on the Character Development screen, but I don't see it. I checked on old toons also, that haven't respec'd in years, and no luck with them either. I tried switching back to the default ui from profitui without that helping.</p>

<p>Are either of you using custom UI's?  May not be the cause but I'm looking in to it.</p>

<p>I was able to reproduce this, it isn't an UI issue.</p><p>Currently, the advancement council screen can only show 4 options, with the expansion a 5th option has been added, but it will only display 4. </p><p>You may have to reset other trees first before your character advancement respec shows up as it does appear to drop the option that has zero points spent from a recent respec.</p><p>I'll have this reported to be fixed on our end asap.</p>

Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I put in a petition asking to have character traits reset, so I'll see what happens. I also /bug'd it.</p><p>ETA: I reset my heroic aa's and then was able to buy a Character Traits respec ok, so that worked as you suggested. Thanks!</p>

<p>I noticed this last night too, I didn't bother with reporting it things I reported in beta were not touched so I figured why bother.</p><p>This is another indicator of the lack of internal QA that went on in the process of slapping this expansion together.</p><p>FWIW though, my character respec was there until I added my first point in heroic, then it went away. I checked after adding the first point because I was certain that it was going to be screwed up and I wouldn't be able to respec that tree for God knows how long, I was right in the fact that something was messed up, and that NEVER should have made into beta much less the live servers.</p><p>The good thing is I have no need to respec my character tree, the bad news is I have yet to elicit a response concerning our bugged raid instance which seems to be code that was copied from the heroic version to the raid zone of Kratoc's Fortress of Rime and am behind a door that is locked with a petition that is over 20 hours old with no response.</p>
