<p>Been having all kind of issues with COV since fridays patch, does not work, doesnt say any thing about why just .. doesnt do anything</p><p>And yes not standing on platforms/elevators or anything like that etc.</p>

I have had the same problem. Only says teleport request pending

<p>If it doesn't work the first time, tell your target to move and jump around a bit. You know how sometimes you get that bug where it seems like your groupmate is waaaaaaaaaaay below the world, until they move around?</p><p>Same principle. Having them move and jump around a bit has always fixed it for me.</p><p>(not saying this is definitely what is going on for you, just saying it has helped me when I've had issues in the past and is worth trying)</p>

<p>I've been having a lot of issues with CoV again, "Player not found" "Teleport request pending" "Does not meet entry requirements"</p><p>The does not meet entry requirements was trying to summon someone into TOFS:Umbral Halls.</p>

Call of the Broken has been very touchy since it was first brought in. My CoV works maybe 60% of the time.

<p>It is really frustrating. It would be MUCH less so if you could cancel it when it does not work and if the recast timer were reset to zero if NOT used or if it were unable to be used.. </p>

<p>COV has been a problem child forever it seems.</p><p>Yet, it is basically the same mechanics as "Call to Friend" on RAF accounts, which I have never had or heard of any problems with.</p>

<p>I wont have that ability, as they call it til June. Not really looking forward to it. I remember getting called to raids. 1 person would summon it and it would fail, and sometimes I had to have another person click on it to summon me, or I would have to zone to them myself and it would eventually work once I get to the zone they are in. Right before DOV went live we spent 10 mins trying to teleport 1 person into the hole for some aa.We went through 3 people with it and none worked.</p>

<p>As far as i know, the list of "call spells" like call of hero and call of the veteran will not wotk in the tower of shadow zones: the 3 herioc and the X2 zone are coded to not allow for these to work.  If you are trying the spells in these zones it is not the fault of the spell but the fact the devs have made it this way for the phasing of the zones that takes place via the quests there.  I thought it was mentioned on update notes but off the top of my head i do not remember where...<img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p>

Nope.</p></blockquote><p>Actually he would be correct in they are not supposed to work in those zones.  In fact, in beta it would summon a doppleganger to attack the group.  A dev did respond and said it was intended and only for the tower zones.</p>
