Everfrost Server (2/25) - Character missing from login

<p>Issue is happening again.   Went to relog character and no longer could get into characters on Everfrost Server.</p><p>Please help...</p><p>P.S.  Deleting cache file doesn't fix....</p>

<p>this is unbeleaveable ... can't you guys do anything right ... 3 days in a row the servers crash, some days more than once ... and we pay money for this ... you'd think after 7 expansions they would get it right finally ...</p>

<p>After spending an otherwise lovely day on the Everfrost server, I went to change alts and ... Grrrr....  Instant replay of launch day! </p><p>The character select screen pops up and suddenly I see only 4 of my alts - the rest are missing.  I try to play one of the 4 and get the "server can't find" message and am forced to exit.  I try the suggested correction (delete logincache, logincache-US and _characters.ini file - which worked this morning!) and re-patch only to see I now have no characters at all, as was the case for me on the 22nd. </p><p>I didn't report  my problem on launch day because it was obvious tech was aware of it and was working hard to correct it, since it seemed to be a server problem.  I eagerly read the original thread, however, to keep tabs on the progress and for the comfort in knowing I wasn't the only one suffering from what seemed to be a rather "typical" problem.</p><p>But now the problem is back.  Is tech aware?</p><p>Help!</p>

<p>I understand that there are issues and bugs with every game. I am more than understand about that.</p><p>However not being able to log in yet again due to your chacarter is not found, please restart and rerun the patcher.</p><p>Sigh.</p><p>Please fix this asap.
