<p>Are there updates regarding who is and is not open for making SIGS please?</p><p>I have PM'd several artists and willcontinue to await responses but if anyone has more recent information then what is available via the list in this forum section I would appreciate it.</p>

<p>All updated! Looks like the only sig artists who have updated their threads recently are Anaiul (open), Quiarrah (open), and Sugarcup (open). Slim pickings these days...</p>
