<p>Logged in to find the server locked (AB).</p><p>Noticed that I only had 4 of my characters available.</p><p>Read the thread about deleting the cache files.  Did so.</p><p>Now I have no characters, and am instead being welcomed to "Experience the magical world of Norrath...." and create my first character!</p><p>This server needs me.  I am Fruitwheel! </p><p>You can delete me, but you cannot delete my rind!</p><p>(pls fix this, thx)</p><p>Fruitwheel</p>

<p>I removed your duplicate post.  The Servers came down for a planned patch (although AB has been having crashing issues as well it seems). </p><p>Once the servers are up, reload the launcher and your characters should be there.  Missing characters are common when you try to load the game while it is mid patch.</p>

<p>OK, more or less same problem however I started the Station Launcher after it said the patch was done and the Guk server was up. First leaving the new Station Launcher on is supposed to update everything for you., WRONG!!! It never does and I have to exit and rerun it from scratch. Second, Updating hung up for a long time. Finally it said I could launch the game. Oh, of course I looked at the Patch notes which said February 23rd. Were they for today the 24th or was there actually a patch yesterday. None showed on the Network Support page early yesterday morning. However I was out at the normal time a patch would have run.</p><p>Anyhow, Station Launcher runs, character select screen shows I have 4 toons (actually have 15) and that the Guk server is locked. Network support page says it isn't. If you try to create a new toon, only lets you pick 1 of 2 servers which according to the Network Support page they are both down.</p><p>Does anyone know what is REALLY happening?</p>

<p>Last I checked, it was still patching.  Please give it some time.  The server status page is not updated at this time ;(</p>

<p>So, the Server Status page is not updated? However, at one time it had all the servers listed saying they were not available. Then it changes and a majority of the servers get the little green button which shows they are available.</p><p>But, I'm now being told that is not accurate.</p><p>Question: If that page isn't accurate, when and where do we go to find out that the patch/update is finished?</p>

<p>I agree. I would decrease community frustration if the server status page were kept current during these publishes. We don't mind waiting; we just want to know when we can get in.</p>
