All Brawler Weapons made into 4.0 delay?

<p>Is there a reason Plate tanks get 6.0 delay and not us?  It seems completely unfair and is yet another example of you guys screwing over brawler itemization.</p>

<p>once forgotten pool is fixed there is a 6 sec weapon there but have not seen any other... my server was broke the launch day so only have had like 3 hours in the xpac.... and they were raiding hours..... -_-</p>

<p>6.0 for dual wield is pretty bad, believe me. 6.0 is fine  for 2h or if you only get one weapon (like a tank with a shield)</p>
