After Feb 22 application unable to start error

<p>After finishing the download on Feb 22, and pressing the 'play' button, I now receive an error stating:</p><p> "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_35.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."</p><p>EQ2 worked great before feb 22.  Is it now telling me I need to remove EQ2 and re-load it again?</p>
