Another who can't log in

<p>Hi,</p><p>Been trying since yest and still getting the same prob. Characters gone from the "Play" screen. When i do hit play the Velious screenshot is only half there. Then i cycle thru the servers to log in and never do. Tells me to try again later. Put in a ticket yesterday and have yet to someone respond.</p><p>Any help would be appreciated. I'm on Butcherblock server btw.</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Browse to your game folder (right click the EQ2 icon and select open file location).</p><p>Delete the following files/folders.</p><p>LoginCache</p><p>LoginCache-US</p><p>'accountname'_characters.ini</p><p>If any of these do not exist, skip it.</p>
