Can you give us some information about Splitpaw. Players in the UK have alrady lost a full day becuase of whatever issues you are having, now we've started to lose a second day.

Remember we lost a day recently because of the merge.

Your giving us no information about the problem.

No ETA for a fix

No indications that you seem to care less about UK players, except to charge us and extra 47% on top of what you charge US players.

You don't seem to take your customer relations seriously at all.

I come back after three years only to find out that they still don't give a rat's hiney about EU players...

Hello?

Anyone there?

Any chance of getting an acknowledgement from you god like SOE employees that we UK players exist and feature anywhere on your list of priorities. Even just a "we’re working on it, now get lost so I can get back to my snoozing"

After all what’s point having a support forum if you don’t provide any support via the forum. Good place for players to vent their frustration?

i would just like to suggest to take the pre out of pre-order and make the next expansion free for all for the first month or so and THEN make people pay. Now im paying for a pre that is actual a post order expansion. Not only that but SOE doesnt even have the decency to give out any info at all of what's going on. That is way beyond rude

Where oh where are the bland insincere vapid corporate reassurances at least?

Someone at sony must have gone to business school???

You're spozed to say 'Your call is very important to us- please stay on the line... '' It's called LYING surely a big corporation can manage that?

Isn't Splitpaw up? I have seen others post that it was, but the server status page says down still. It might be a glitch on the status page.

Up or down the launcher stalls at uploading and wont go to play. Status of server is irrelevant- it MIGHT AS WELL BE DOWN. Game worked before expac -doesnt after- YOU BROKE YOU FIX

The launchpad problems are making the game unplayable regardless of the server status. Since 11 a.m. yesterday morning when the servers went down for the patch and now, 15:47, I have played a small amount of tedious and frustrating play and my guild mates have hardly played at all.

I had been using the old launchpad - except I didn't know it was the “old one”! Yesterday and today, the old launchpad kept cancelling the patch and I couldn't log in. I couldn't log in via the programme file in my SOE folder either. I have now downloaded the new launchpad and, although I can log in, it is far from the answer to my prayers.

To date, I have been zoning from TS to SS for over forty and I haven't made it yet; I and am amazed that I am not timed out or something! and that is just one lot of zoning.

I just arrived on SS docks – 50 minutes in! Only Velious to go now!

Edited for colour!

The EQII LaunchPad is a streaming client that downloads the game while you play. If you happen across an area that has not yet been downloaded, the game will then do that. It may finish what it was already in the process of which may cause further delays initially. However, once complete, zoning to any zone you have already visited will not take as long as the data has already been downloaded during the initial long delay.

I did wonder if that was the case. Are the graphics better? It may be my imagination, but they do seem better. My adage of "If all else fails, read the instructions." has led me to miss all this!
