Click on Play and nothing happens

<p>OK, ever since the update today I can run Launcher and click on Play and the launcher disappears and then nothing.  Just the desktop and no processes are running.</p><p>I am using Windows 7</p>

<p>I had the same issue, it turned out beeing a missing DirectX dll file.
