Checksum problem, unable to run patch

<p>Got home from work a little bit ago, have been trying to run the patcher (have the CE pre-ordered, ready for DoV). Except I keep getting:</p><p>There was a problem confirming the checksum for the file C:ProgramDataSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_temppaksexp04_rgn_kylong_plains.vpk_delta_101 32_8.patched. Station Launcher will try again after 5 seconds.</p><p>This just keeps repeating. Please don't tell me I have to uninstall and reinstall the full game.</p>

<p>You may need to.  I believe you are on Station Launcher, which is having it's own host of issues, but the EQ2 LaunchPad has been getting people in to the game.  You can install LaunchPad to your existing EQ2 folder but it will still do some downloading as there are new files that need to be converted.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>

<p>Well, that wouldn't locate the current install. So have uninstalled and will be watching movies tonight while the full game downloads. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Some of the older methods may ahve installed EQ2 to a hidden folder called ProgramData.  You won't be able to see it unless you open your Explorer, go to options, under the View tab, and select Show hidden files/folders.</p>
