<p>So I keep an active account, pre-order, spend money, wait 4 hrs past when they claim they'll have the servers up and I still don't get the promised Freeblood and mount? I guess I should just continue to expect disappointment from SOE....</p>

<p>I thought they changed this to say one per character now?? They did the same thing with the pre-order language for items, but then fixed that as well. I could be wrong.</p>

<p>It takes several hours for the flagging scripts to run. Awards will be granted to those who met eligibility requirements, but it might take a large part of the day for all of those scripts to be processed. Hang in there.</p>
