Where are my characters!?!?!?!

<p>I log in about 5 minutes ago......auto-login to my wizard, kicks me to character select....and i have NO CHARACTERS! I have about 6 level 90's that are missing, and a few other odds and ends......SOE what have you done!?!</p>

<p>Same here, 3 of my characters don't even show up in the selection list and when I do try to log the ones that do, I get "The server could not find you character.  Please exit and rerun the patcher."  Already run it twice now with no luck.</p>

<p>Yeah, it shows 4 of my 10 i think, 1 of my 90's, and 3 of my <20 toons....i select one, i get same error message....i about crapped my pants...was happy about the new xpac, coming back after a well needed break, and i come back to this haha.</p>

Same here - 2 accounts, both now finally patched, tried to enter world, got thrown to Character Select where there are 4 of my 9 toons on each account - but when I try to load one, I get kicked and told to try patcher again. Update - third time - now there are still 4 toons, but Server (Splitpaw) is down <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I went and deleted a bunch of files to make it patch again and it worked

<p>I tried to make it repatch and it didn't fix the issue, still missing characters.  Several of my guild members are having the same problem.</p>

<p>most of my characters are missing and several have lost levels.  i rerun a full scan on the launcher and it had the same effect.</p>

<p>Likewise, I deleted cachecharacters and logincache-eu and now when I go to character select I have an empty character list and am immedately prompted to create a new character.</p>

<p>Having the same issue. Logged in initially just fine, had to relog to try to fix collections, and when I got to character select, missing characters and message saying my characters don't exist.</p><p>Edit: It's also showing Permafrost as being down for about 10 seconds, then seems to reset itself.</p>

<p>Ehm  had them all there at start 35 min ago, now after you did a "restart" some are gone..</p>
