<p>" This application has failed to start because d3dx9_35.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."</p><p>I did a full file scan but it did not help.  The EQ files I have are 8 years old.  I'm not sure I even have them anymore.  If I do find them will it mean I have to get 8 years of updates as well?  That will take a month to update!  Can anyone give advise?</p>
