Are February Winter REwards tied to Pre-Orders?

<p>I pre-ordered Velious CE from Amazon 3 weeks ago. They have a launch day delivery guarantee. I checked with UPS it is out for delivery for me today.</p><p>My question is, I was told that to get the February Winter Rewards, you must have already gotten the previous rewareds AND have purchased the Velious Expansion. I was also told that we would get the February rewards today. If I don't get my game delivered until this evening, will I lose my February reward, or will it kick in and I will get it when I enter the cd-key, when I get the actual game box today? Was there some sort of code that Amazon should have sent me when I pre-ordered?</p>
