<p>i had preordered the collectors edition of DoV but the charge dident work, and recived an E-mail that there was a billing issue, but the pre order is still listed and the e-mail said had one week to have the content, is there a way to change the billing source or to get the pre order to regester in time?</p><p>the e-mail i reseived</p><p><span >"Due to a payment method billing failure we are unable to complete the pre-order you placed on 1/27/11, for the Destiny of Velious - Collector's.
