<p>i preordered the expac on 4 accounts.. and on 1 account( MY MAIN ACCOUNT) it didnt go threw... help please i didnt get an email till this morning about it and well now it wont let me preorder because yesterday was the last day. i would like this resolved and would like the collectors expansion at the preoder price i had done please help me!!!!</p>

<p>What is going on?</p><p>I ordered this last month and now I get the message it was not completed, i guess this means im not getting the Velous "rewards" for a second time. Ill be calling when there support lines open up at 10am...</p>

<p>Oh the billing issues strike back again....</p><p>Youll need to contact CS if you get this issue more than likly, there are instructions on reordering but the Agent was not very positive on whether it would be ordered at the pre-order or new price. All i can say is because of this issue the "savings" for preordering is vanishing quickly.</p>

Spent an hour waiting for Live Assistance, was told to reorder it at full price and maybe i would get a refund of some of the difference.

<p>This weekend the order service was down a lot, if you tried then you can maybe get support to give it to you but I believe I saw a message somewhere about it and they extended pre order sale to today.</p>

<p>After waiting for 5 horus for the ONE server I play on to come back up (EF, which BTW still isn't up...), and realizing I have this issue as well. I would rather not sit on the CS Waiting list for an hour, when most likely all I will get is the same "Buy it at the NEW 80$ price", not when you stated in ANOTHER email saying you confirmed the preorder. I know for a fact that there IS money on the account, and would LOVE if somoene in red could answer why this is happening, and could get us a fix for this.</p><p>In six years of playing, this is my WORST experience in EQ2. Especially for an Expansion release.</p><p>EDIT: Okay somehow the card I used for the purchase (Which was added JUST for this Xpack) has the wrong card number... Which is odd cause I triple checked it. I suggest other people look into their account info on Station to check their information on there. Trying to contact CS now.</p>
