My temp is 70th right now, and it seems I learned the lesson of I should have done the lower level quests when I actually was lower level. I have 80 AA's, yeah you really do not get much for lower ones, unless you have fewer AA's, not very fun.

Some quests are worth it, definitely mythics and what not, but for most part I really don't enjoy doing them,I like what they can GET me such as AA points, etc but usually the loot just isn't worth it and isn't usually better than MC stuff (most of the time)

It seems I like watching the profit roll in the broker more. Like when I made almost 50 plat selling a single void warped wood.

Have you checked out the chronomancer missions? It's a great chance to go back and do old dungeons (and quests within those dungeons) you may have missed on your way up and the AA turns out to be pretty decent, assuming you are getting star kills for the named mobs in those zones. A full run of them made the trip from 210 -250 pretty painless.

I chronomentor down and run old zones for the quests, and AA from names and location dings I may have missed. But I end up getting a bunch of masters and other saleable loot. Anything that doesn't look like it's saleable I transmute, then combine transmuted materials to get manas for that tier, and sell those.

The big money from lower levels, though, is from shinies!

I really didn't think the amount of AA you'd get would matter depending on what color the quest is to you. I thought the thing which does matter is the level of the quest and how many AA's you already have, since it takes more AA to get from 2AA's to 3AA's, then 1AA to 2AA's. Basically the more you have, the more AA xp you need to get the next AA. Because even Grey quests give you AA, as long as they are above 10th level.

The XP you gain from the quest is based off the quest itself, not it's level in relation to yours. Just do all the quests you find. You aren't going to get any more XP from it if you're chronomentored (If anything, you might get less). If a quest gives you 100 XP, of course it's going to seem like you're getting more if your level requires 1000 XP compared to 10000 at your current level. Just because you don't see the XP bar move as much doesn't mean you didn't get the full amount that quest gives. I say just keep questing. Go back and do any quests you find, even if they are greyed out. It makes no difference doing them grey.

Ask a guard for Chrono or look on the eq2map.

You are right. But the quests from the chronomage give xp too. And, if you do them green, the kills give xp too. I probably gained 1.5 AA just from killing mobs while doing quests in Soulsek. And nameds pay extremely well while green. Just as heroic quests pay better then solo usually.

Personally i do only grey kills if i cant solo them or if i cant get help (epics or rather high level heroics). But i like the old zones, so it doesnt feel like grind for me. I also collect books and dont mind to hunt in a low level dungeon for two or three days. I am playing since 2005 and still find places i never have been before or quests i didnt know they exist If thats not your gaming style, better rush to cap and rinse-repeat instances.
