<p>Hello there,</p><p>A few months ago, I've changed my Station Access account in a one-year Everquest 2 only account, in order to spare a bit of money (nice deal for the one year sub).</p><p>Now, I got 2 questions:</p><p>1: if I change my mind and decide to stop playing and suspend my account, will I be refund for the non played months, or will they suspend the time I'm not playing?</p><p>2: if I change my mind and decide to go back to a Station Access account, in order to play Vanguard and DC Universe Online for example, what happens with the 129.99€ I've already spent? Are they credits to pay the new paiement method?</p><p>Thank you for your help !</p>

<p>We can definitely freeze your game time for when you do decide to play it again.  You do need to contact support directly in order to discuss your options.</p>

<p>We cannot convert a yearly sub to Station Access.  You would have to discuss your options directly with Support. </p>

<p>ty for posting this.  good to know that if i get the one year sub & something happens wherein i cant/dont play for a couple of months, i can suspend my account.</p>
