Tech support hours of operation

<p>Can someone please tell me why when I call tech support at 7:15am PST on a Friday morning (today) I get the message that I've contacted them outside their business hours and that I should call back M-F 7am-7pm PST???</p><p>What's going on?</p>

<p>Our phone lines are indeed open 7AM - 7PM PST.  I am unsure why you would have heard that at 7:15AM.  I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.</p>

<p>I called back a few times and it wasn't until 8:03am PST that I was put in the hold queue.</p>

It was last updated on 10/25/2010 @ 10.17 AM</p>
